  Hotel muy bien situado, algo antiguo en decoración y servicios. Aunque se preguntó al llegar si había y dijeron que sí luego no funcionaba ni la sauna ni el haman y te lo dicen cuando ya estás alli cambiado. Decían además que no funcionaría en toda la semana. Sin ser desagradables la atención al cliente no era amigable, se limitaban a cumplir lo que les pedías pero sin ninguna amabilidad, no te tratan mal pero no dan buen trato al turista, se les ve que no tienen cultura de servicio al viajero.

  Hotel con una situación magnífica, cerca de todos los lugares de interés y junto a zona de restaurantes y tiendas. Desayuno bastante bueno y con vistas. Personal muy amable. Nos proporcionaron taxi al aeropuerto con un precio fijo bastante bueno.

  Lo mejor que se la ubicación, los servicios que tiene el hotel y con el precio que nosotros pagamos muy buena relación.

  Las habitaciones tienen buena limpieza y el desayuno es típico turco. Te hacen tortillas, huevos fritos y gofres (buenísimos) al momento.
  
  
  
  Por poner un pero, quizá el baño sea un poco pequeño sin repisas o espacio para poner tus útiles de aseo.

  La ubicación del hotel excelente, el personal atento pero hablan poco español. El hotel limpio, las habitaciones pequeñas y el baño un poco antiguo. En general muy bien. El restaurante del hotel fabuloso.

  El hotel está bien ubicado, tanto para visitar la parte histórica de estambul como para acercarse a eminomu y a algunos núcleos con más vida nocturna (tiene además una parada de tranvía muy cerca).
  
  
  
  Las habitaciones son justitas para un 4* pero no ofrecen queja.
  
  
  
  La recepción del hotel podría ser más solícita ante las preguntas (no ofrecen transporte gratuito al aeropuerto, y no te informan sobre opciones de transporte público para recorrer la ciudad o el bósforo: sólo te mencionan su transporte privado).
  
  
  
  El restaurante del hotel es bueno, y las vistas nocturnas impresionantes.
